  Nobody at the bank can help me. I sat for 30+ minutes To no avail. Went to a different branch before this and still couldn’t print me a card either after fraudulent charges were made with my card. The teller told me “well I don’t know what to tell you.” Worst bank/customer service I’ve ever dealt with! If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Only drive up open... or not actually. At least not for people who work 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Nope, those people are out of luck. Those people on Saturday morning then need to stop doing the things at home they couldn't do during the week because they were working, load their toddler into the car - which can be easy or hard depending on the mood of the toddler at that given moment - and go to the bank.. something those people should have been able to do on the way home on payday instead of having to make a special trip. This was understandable in the midst of the stay at home order. But when your drive through is closed and the competing bank next door has all its drive through lanes all invitingly lit up open, it can really make one wonder just how badly you want the business of the average working person. Thanks for not being there for your customers.

  I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. take your business horrible rules established even worse people .
