  Malli Montano the Retail Banker is very rude. Apparently she has a problem and I don't know what her issue is. She lucky she didn't get slapped. Trust me, I will never come up there again. This is the 2nd time this has happened. She has an attitude, she's talking to people anyway she wants to. She lucky she didn't get hurt because she would of gotten hurt physically.

  This is not actually for this location but for Bmo Harris in general worst customer service experience there is an opportunity to stop payment through zelle but do not use because you would not be able to get it back right a away not 3 business days they pretend to understand your situation but they don't care and apparently no other manager above you speak to about the issue would be reporting to BBB about this

  The staff at this specific location have been very good, but banking with them has not been that great. I will definitely try to switch banks soon.

  OMG, can you guys hire more tellers ? I hate going here to make deposits.. it’s like NO ONE THERe and tellers that are there ( like picking their noses ) before turning to you !!!!! Hate this place , it was soooo better when it was in older building ( yrs ago) Carlos do something!!! For real this is gets on my nerve and *****!! Hope it will change so soooooooon!!!!

  They do not have enough tellers. Plan on a LONG wait to bank here. They need to hire more tellers Things at this location have improved 👍

  Had a great experience with this BMO, dont really understand all the bad reviews. Ive never encountered any problems with the ATMs.

  Peoples money getting stuck in atm and the bank does nothing but says will take up to 7 days people have bills to pay and have to wait for process of recounting and getting money back for several days Thats messed up very careless from bmo bank lawsuit incoming.

  This bank is garbage. Both drive up ATMs have been broken for months. Their website and app are also garbage.
