Well I have had Identity theft done to me started in November of 2019. Today was the day it kind of got resolved. I hope some upper management is looking at this. I had Carolina working on this the most and she did great. So I went I. There to close my account ending in 7656. Some how I'm still owed $299 and some change. Be nice I get back what is owed to me. Would like upper management give me a call to discuss further issue.

What a shame.. They dont do coins count anymore.. Only one personal banker to talk to.. Waiting a long time.. Its time to close all the accounts that I have with them.. They charging me for business account and now for personal too..and to withdrawal all the money you have to close the account?? WHAT.. I WAISTED COUPLE YEARS HERE..
