      From not understanding how to perform a wire transfer (a two hour wait) to closing my account (in good standing) without my permission and then not sending my balance in a check, making me wait over an hour in the branch, if you want your time wasted, I suggest BMO Harris. Girlfriend has had similar experiences with negligence and incompetence. Workers there are friendly and polite, some of my experiences were not their fault entirely. I still think this bank deserves a one star rating.

      Had a account at this bank for 10 years financed a truck through them for 130k account somehow got closed, today I brought a check in from a customer for 3300$ and the don't cash checks for over 3000k for none customers! WHAT??? I have cashed checks here drawn on this bank for years now they don't cash checks what kinda financial institute is this? Terrible don't bank here there's plenty of other places. The home owner had to come all the way down here and withdraw his money for the job I was doing for him

      If I could give it a negative star, I would. Just like the service provided to me and my daughter. I see nothing possitive about this branch...AT ALL!!!! You will be hearing from...or possibly even seeing me on Monday! Depends on your customer service Monday morning when we contact you.

      People at this location are so nice! Especially Jeff! He greeted me at the door! By the time I left I felt like we had been friends forever. Love this branch!
