Absolutely terrible branch! I have been with them for 3 years and i have had nothing but problems! The manager is terrible to try to get a hold of and the young personal banker had not only messed up my account but has nothing but attitude when i have wanted answers. They need to get a good training in customer service! I have had several other problems and i highly recommend going elsewhere with your banking. I am going today to change my accounts over. The frustration of wanting access to your own money and needing answers when they just charge fees (and of course the manager is NEVER in to speak with you) is just too much.

With hours of 9:30 to 4:00, zero customer service. Working people need to take a half day vacation to bank there.
