  Love BMO Harris Bank! The employees are polite, attentive and able to solve any issue I may have 100% of the time! I consistently leave the South Milwaukee branch satisfied with service and services. Thanks for being so great Will, Joe, Kevin, Jenny, Luli!! I’m so happy that my finances and accounts are being taken care of by individuals that I trust!

  It should be easy to have good customer service in an empty bank with multiple employees. The employees were there, but the two that assisted me today had a hard time listening to what exactly I needed and doing the services that they are there to provide. It was an obvious case of not wanting to provide good customer service, but the worst part is that the poor treatment came from a supervisor to the cashier that followed in his poor culture. I usually go to the downtown location where I’ve always had positive experiences that make me happy to bank with BMO, but the experience I had today had me walking out of there feeling 100% undervalued as a customer and questioning the comfort I have doing business if I can’t feel comfortable at my local office.

  It honestly is just a terrible branch, incredibly slow. You never know if they’re open or not, close early constantly. Been coming there for nearly ten years and it’s just gotten worse over time. Very close to ditching BMO Harris

  If you guys are closing early atleast change your hours on Google maps, website, even your door said 5:30. It's not even 4:30 on a Friday and both Bank and Drive thru are closed. You expect people to bank with you yet you don't have the concience for people to come in. I guess I'll bank somewhere else.
