  Came here just for change. Waited in line while the employees just roamed around. It felt like no one was acting working. Then when I asked for change for a $20 they said that could because I wasn’t a customer. I think he meant that I didn’t bank with them. But I was a customer who will tell anyone NOT TO GO HERE. you’ll have a better experience somewhere else.

  Outstanding work by this branch! Went there yesterday and got a check cashed without any issues. Unfortunately had poor service at the Maple Grove location which prompted my visit to Minneapolis. Mark at Lake Street went above and beyond, thank you!!

  The location of this place is terrible. There's ONE banking lane and it's TIGHT. The line inside was crazy, so I used the lane, which was empty, I don't even know how me and my truck made it out alive!! Definitely one of the more rough BMO locations, which is terrible, considering that they're so inaccessible in the Twin Cities. They open at 9AM (after most people are already at work!) and close at 5PM (which is when most of us are fighting the Minneapolis traffic!) Good thing is, they're busy, so they're quick.

  This bank hands down sucks. Got a cashiers check to pay my morgage bill, it got lost in the mail. Went in there to stop payment and they said we have to wait 60 days. So i wont see that money for 3 months. Second reason: everytime i cash my check they hold my money for a day okay thats fine. Called two days later they told me they dont have record of me depositing my check. I cant believe this.

  drive thru is NOT open at eight I think they open at nine but there site says 8 and there drive thru is never open at that time

  Great bank as long as you don't over-draft, charges run a daily up-tick, mercenary!

  Bunch of kids. they will screw up your account, and then you will keep begging for help on the phone, or visiting the bank to speak to somebody there is even useless!! not sure this particular branch, or the whole company.
