  Please explain to me why no one is helpful at this branch? None of them know how to do a cash advance and they can't direct you to anyone who does cash advances.

  Disappointed that the bank does not seem to want new customers as they make it very difficult to open an account. I called prior to coming over to the bank to ensure I was able to open an account without an issue since my DL did not match my current address. I was told that as long as I had a current utility bill I would be able to open it up. Once I arrived and waited 15 mins to see someone, I was told I could not open the account. Not a great first impression of a bank so on to another bank that can be honest with its customers instead of wasting their time.

  Pretty sad that you need 2 forms of ID to open an account here. So I took my 100k to another bank. Why don’t you buy a fingerprint scanner if your that concerned people are opening fraudulent accounts.

  “ Opens” @ 9:00 am its 9:05am and still closed Please honor your hours.

  Though this location is the closest, more often than not will go to any other branch. Slow service, unfriendly staff. Don't think they even have windows 95 updates.

  Just went to deposit my check and the bank is closed....on a Friday! Google says open until 4pm.

  The wait time at the drive thru is ridiculous. It seems they are understaffed and one person is working the front and the drive thru.

  They don’t care they let people take money after you put a stop 2 claim they will help you and never do they don’t care

  A very slow Serbian only two have attended me. Quick the plenfil and that is close to 56 when a lot of people understand but wait 35. Min for depositing and leaving very late at your job is for the service I hope to pay soon or give me the route to direct deposit because I can't lose My time waiting as if I was asking for a gift, my comment is for the entire chain, excluding the two pensioners, and I could not renew my card because I have problems with the chip, I went to the Indian trail, I discriminated for my indirifications and they left me waiting, they attended other clients and amino tube to ask for my card. My aidi and still told me that I was in a hurry after waiting more than 20 min, even when I only had to take the information for another card but well that's the way things are in this BMO Chain
