  Went into the bank today (5/31) at around 4:30pm and even though the published hours are until 5pm, the tellers apparently stop working early. The Lobby was empty except for 2 bankers working with customer. No one welcomed me and asked me to wait or even acknowledged my presence at all. After a few minutes of questioning whether I was a ghost or not, I left the bank and headed to the Bremer Bank next door. There I was immediately welcomed by a teller and sent to a banker who was able to open a checking account, a savings account, and connect me with a financial advisor to transfer some investment accounts. Skip the extra step and just visit the bank next door. 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Very rude, personal banker was more focused on going home. She told me that will take too long, come back tomorrow. Must be nice to get paid to be rude and not work. She had no interest in helping me. Then after leaving because she was so “busy” I pulled around the corner and she was outside the bank squatted down smoking. Pathetic, couldn’t help me because she needed a smoke.

  They messed up the initial setup of a savings account, it wasnot a huge deal but should be corrected. Trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare, its been months and many calls to this office and corporate no resolution.

  So dissatisfied w the services Nd staff not friendly at all. The closed my original acct without telling me. Then opened another so I didn’t get my pay for 4 days!
