Debbie Atwood1Horrible Customer Service!! Deposit was xxxx and teller says "I scanned checks 3 times and get xxx. OK so use your eyes to Read the checks.. response from teller is I'll scan them again... this time (4th) scan amount is now xxxx+x now my Deposit is more? Husband apparently had same issue a few times at this location. Teller only using scanner and not depositing actual amount. Please Always Be Sure You Know Your Deposit Amount When Visiting. I sent my total and glad I did I was almost short changed $650

Kristen Wigstone1Dad has an account with this bank wrote me a check for $30 and even know he has an account with this bank, because I don’t, they were going to charge me TEN whole damn dollars to cash my check. And I I have had many many checks written to me from Numerous different banks that I do not have an account with and I have never in my life been charged anything to cash a check that was written from the bank I cashed it at. Absolutely freaking ridiculous! This literally just screwed up my entire day. Now I have to drive all the way to my bank and cash it so I can put gas in my car and now I’m going to be late for work!!!!!!!! Oh and be prepared to show two forms of ID. I’ve only ever had to show my driver’s license, not give them my credit card also. I also waited for almost 10 minutes for the ladies to be done with their conversation about when they’re getting their car fixed and blah blah blah. Absolutely ridiculous! Worst bank experience I have ever had. Your loyal bank patrons trust you with their money. That person that has been with your bank for 3 decades, was going to give me $30 of THEIR’S for a hair cut service I provided THEM. So you were only going to give me $20 of that and keep TEN of it for the bank itself?? To me, that’s complete robbery of your customers.

Can't even check my account balance because they shut down the old app. Try to do it through the website and can't even do it that way. This is beyond ridiculous!! The only reason I bank here is because I have a joint account with a current BMO member and the account is used for our organization that we run. Hard to purchase things for the organization when you can't see how much money you have in your account. Lots of people are so angry and irritated. Don't believe me BMO? Go check out the reviews in the Google Play Store. All you get in response to their reviews is an automated message directing people to a broken link. Soooo glad I bank at a credit union. I never have to put up with stuff like this. Horrible, just horrible! You really should have kept the old app up and running while you were working on unveiling the new app.

Guy Molnar1Most un friendly bank I've ever seen, ridiculous fees for everything. Surprised they don't have a toll booth for the drive through. Keep your money local. I recommend Heartland Bank.

bro evets1I opened a Cert of Deposit with this bank. It was for my 93 year old mother's final funeral expenses. She passed away in June. Now I need the funds from this CD and they won't release same, even though I showed them a will and trust listing me as the trustee and showing I was to handle all her affairs. Their lawyers also refused to even talk to me.

Crystal Hayes1If I could give this branch an overall 0 amount of stars I would!! No change services, so you have to roll your own change.....pretty pathetic in my opinion!! Why continue to bank with a branch that makes you wait for everything. Seems 1 teller, 1 business banker, 1 personal banker, and everyone with no manners or personable attitudes.....A warning to all think twice before banking at this branch!!

B1kRain1To create a account with this pathetic Bank you need two forms of ID they will not take government or state issued ID but they will take student IDs, work badges, but if you try to show them a social security card or vehicle registration they want nothing to do with it..Who runs this circus??
