  Worst Customer Service ever!!! I verified myself 3 times with their representative and they want me to come in 3 times again just to make sure its me...Hello!! I gave you all my information!!!I even have a second tier of security.. it's so intimidating!!!! closed my checking, soon I'll be closing my platinum money market!!! They don't know what they're doing. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!!!!!

  worst bank ever if ur not spanish dont expect to get help here manger ,INDRA very rude and is always to busy to take care of customers problems everytime theres unhappy cust here sad bmo lets this happen always on personal phone calls, teller has no ideal of corp policy and procedures very sad they allow this behavior i had to go to another location to get my business needs satisfied how pathetic
