  This bank is very user friendly troy helped me as much as she could but corporate has changed there software so much it is unusable, it used to work but now it doesn't why would a company do that. It wouldn't have been that bad but they talked me into paperless statements years ago. I balked at first,but then I got used to balancing my account on my computer and I liked it, now I don't know what I'm supposed to do, I've been with this bank since 1995. And this particular bank for the last 13 years if I can't balance my account I guess I'll have to find another bank. Well last week I was able to download my bank statement it wasn't as good as before but I'll see if I can do it again Well its 3 months later the people are still great but the app is still messed up even the survey they sent me was awful it kept glitching they need to get some new programmers eventually I'm just going to another bank even tho I don't want to

  Horrible horrible place. Outsource most everything they can to India. Outsource everything else to fly by night domestic companies. Will "invest" your money for 2% gains over 5 years in bad funds and growth etfs all while turning your cash over and over. No respect for woman and coerce workers to do things against lawful practices. Bmo will be dissolved within 10 years.

  This bank is extraordinary. They gave literally brand new 20 dollar bills. Like smelt new and everything. I’ve banked with other bank before and this is the first time this has happened to me. I just want to tell Harris that you are doing a phenomenal job. Keep it fast and friendly service!!!!

  Everyone is always so friendly here! I walked right in and was set up with an account 15 minutes later. The staff is always attentive and efficient, and the monthly fees are super reasonable. It's my favorite local bank.

  I Bank with several different Banks and these people are one of the very best I have had the pleasure of doing business with! Great customer service!!
