  I am a 15+ year customer. I called into the branch in May 2019 to set up a small line of credit. They lost the application and ignored my follow up emails. It's a problem because I'm resident in Scotland and can't just pop into a branch to waste my time (again) re-applying with my wife. So who knows when I can make this happen...

  Super secret 15min standing zone out front for 3 or 4 lucky cars. Very nice staff, never a line, but limited hours compared to other Harris branches or other banks in general. 9 to 5 Mon-Thur, 9 to 6 Fri, 9 to 1 Sat. Just walked there in the rain for naught because google has their hours listed as simply 'open all day'

  BMO HARRIS was once customer oriented and when you called people knew about banking- Since before covid there is no more customer service ( 1 to 2 hrs wait time and the person you talk to does not know anything about banking and put you on hold for indefinite time)- When you call the branch same thing the person does not know anything about banking… and answer as she was awaking from a deep deep sleep….how can BMO HARRIS properly manage my account?
