My second time here. Both times disappointed. This time got here at 4:15 PM. Was told quite rudely that 3:30 is their "cut off time for sure transfers and we suggest you come tomorrow morning". Some customer servive bmo.

The staff is very rude. The guy behind the counter threw my Id at me. They need to do a better job on training them.
