  I don't know what I would have done without the help of Travis Evraets and BlueBolt funding. Travis walked me through everything, kept in constant contact through the whole process, and was like my therapist (LOL) while I went through my first and second refi process. He went above and beyond in getting me the best rate (which in my situation at the time was a miracle), assisting me with making sure I knew exactly what I needed, where to get it from and did it with a great sense of humor and patience.   Figured I would give them a try because of the great rate they offered me.. Waited two months on closing with very little communication on the status of my loan. Glenn seemed overwhelmed and frustrated with the loan companies slow progress and tried keeping our business buy refunding some of the fees. In the end, we decided to go with my current loan company instead after they matched the interest rate.

  Chris was AWESOME! He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions and when all was said and done....my payment was $200 lower than I originally was prepared to pay!   “Phenomenal” is the only word I could use to describe our experience with Chris and Logan! The first person who contacted us from lending tree made us jump through a ton of hoops to even get a quote for the loan, only to say we couldn’t get approved. Chris called while I was waiting to hear back from the first guy and gave me a quote immediately over the phone. When the first guy told me my employment at one of my jobs couldn’t be used and I therefore couldn’t get the loan, I sadly emailed Chris and informed him we wouldn’t be able to get a house this year. He immediately responded that he’d have no trouble getting us approved—and he was right!! From start to finish, Chris and Logan were constantly on top of things to make sure we could get the home of our dreams. I’m sure we weren’t their only clients, but it sure felt that way based on how immediately they were available to answer any call or email I sent their way. I probably should have been more nervous about the home buying process, but their confidence must have worn off on me because I never felt anything other than excitement!
