  A++ My wife and I purchased a home in Cascade last July. We had contacted Blue Ribbon Properties, and our realtor was Melanie Brassfield. She was awesome to work with.   Melanie and David helped us buy a house. If it wasn't for their expertise and friendly personalities, I don't think the seller would have sold to us because we had to get a loan and they had many cash offers after our bid was in. Melanie helped us so much as well as the seller. Melanie and David are Rockstars. I never write reviews but I had to because they are so amazing. I actually had fun buying this house. Thank you so much guys. We love our house.

  Mel and David sold my North Fork river frontage lot in 12 hours, last Spring....for more than I thought I could get for it. They know the Market well. Courteous, prompt, focused, and very positive. I certainly would suggest giving them a call, before going to a larger broker. Great experience. Fun people.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. David knew the Cascade and Donnelly Area inside and out. He took the time to show us a variety of Properties. Melanie was a huge advocate for us during the escrow process. She had many connections with local utilities to help facilitate the permitting process.   I recently sold my home in Cascade. I used Blue Ribbon Properties, Mel and Dave Brassfield. I cannot tell you how spectacular the process was. My home was sold within 30 days in the middle of winter. Astounding. The process was simple and easy for me. Mel went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless experience. My buyers wanted a 30 day escrow. Not that bad but let’s face it, it was the middle of winter. I actually closed in three weeks. Mel and Dave are the best, their experience is worth every penny. I highly recommend them for any real estate services you may have. They are professional, responsible, communicative, and honest.
