  Allen and Neb were excellent, very professional and extremely quick to respond to questions. It was my first time buying a home and getting a loan. I had no idea of the process but they helped me through the entire process. I got a great rate and all process took 3 weeks. I would defiantly recommend Blue Ocean.

  I used Neb Mesfin for my home purchase. I had to close the escrow ASAP. Otherwise I would be homeless without a replacement home. Neb is very responsive, knowledgable and cooperative to help me get the loan approved in 13 days! So at the end my escrow could successfully be closed in 16 days. This is incredibly fast. If you need to close your loan asap, please contact Neb Mesfin! He'll make that happens.
