  Steve Straub was a consummate knowledgeable professional who guided us through our mortgage every step of the way. He always returned our calls or texts and answered all questions. When there were technical difficulties, he made sure that they got resolved. He is a pleasure to work with. His assistant Melisa also made sure everything in the process was attended to. She was terrific as well.

  Kimberly Patterson and her team were incredible! Not only did they offer the most competitive rate, but they were committed to making our first home purchase a success. Kimberly, in particular, gave me a considerable amount of time in answering our numerous questions after hours and on the weekends. She was not only very responsive, but also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions in detail and with extraordinary patience.   My first conversation with Kim Patterson was do to a previous failed lender situation, so lots of aggravation. Kim was recommended highly and I was skeptical to say the least. It was complicated and we had very little time to stay on track but Kim was like a surgeon and knew exactly what needed to happen. This is how Kim navigates every transaction with superior insight and a lifetime of experience. If you’re a gambler you can use any lender out there that say they are the best but if you want to eliminate all doubt about the outcome of your loan then you are fortunate to have found Kim Patterson. My highest recommendation.
