  My husband and I worked with Joshua when we purchased our first home. Because the experience was so phenomenal with Joshua and his team, since then I have referred my coworker and he had just finished helping my Dad refinance. Joshua, Alana and the team yet again have far exceeded my expectations. My Dad stated it was the best and most seamless refinancing experience he's ever gone through. Joshua was kindly able to meet him through zoom to patiently answer all the questions my Dad had. Alana and the team have always been extremely communicative throughout and open to explaining any questions I had a long the way.   We were luckily referred to Joshua and his team through our realtor and we're so grateful for that especially in this discouraging competitive market because truthfully without Joshua and his team, our offer will not be as competitive as it is. You always hear horror stories during escrow but they made this whole process a breeze. With the impressive skills that Joshua and his team had we were able to get our loan approved in 5 days with a great rate. They are extremely professional, efficient, and responsive. There was never any trouble reaching out to them and each time we did they were very patient and informative. But of course we cannot leave a review without mentioning his phenomenal transaction coordinator Alana, she was so informative and there is no such thing as a dumb question with her. She updated us all the time and was always right beside us whenever needed. We will definitely be working with Joshua and his team and will be highly recommending them to anyone we know!

  My husband and I worked with Joshua and Alana through Blue Financial Group to buy our first home and I could not recommend them enough! Their entire team was so supportive throughout the home buying process and were always just an email or text message away if we needed anything urgently or had any questions. During the escrow process, we received two updates a week on topics such as the escrow process, tasks to complete, and expectations to keep us on top of all the deadlines to receive our loan! Closing escrow and going through the loan process without their level of attentiveness and organization would’ve been such a stressful process.   Joshua is phenomenal!! He came in highly recommended and he exceeded our expectations. Our refi process took longer than expected due to the pandemic, but Josh kept us posted and was able to secure us an amazing rate.   My husband and I started the search for our first home at the beginning of the year and got a recommendation from our realtor to get a quote from Joshua. We shopped around with some other groups as well but no one was able to get us a rate as good as Joshua. He was very patient and thorough when explaining the process and all of our options to us, and when we were able to get an accepted offer he helped us close smoothly in 21 days! Throughout the process Joshua and his assistant Britani constantly checked in to give us updates and ask if we had any questions and concerns. We felt very taken care of and are looking forward to working with them again!
