  Sam and his team (Nicole and Tammy) are awesome. Our situation was a little challenging but Sam and his team @ APM handled it like pros. I would highly recommend Sam for any home loan situation.   Great working with Sam and his team. Besides being polite and professional, they were immediately responsive to my needs, even when I felt I was asking too many questions. They never made me feel like any of my concerns and questions were foolish. I had a lot! Sam made sure I knew and understood where we were throughout the buying process. I highly recommend Sam and APM and am thankful I used them.

  When you have 30-45 days to put together the docs needed to fund a loan. You make sure you have them before presenting it to the lender's. Sam staff did not do this. Rather we spent a month wondering what was going on, only to be jumping through hoops the last 3 days to close. We never received a closing date to make proper moving plans, rather we received a call "we closed today". I also had to teach his staff how 1 newly dated document trumps another and could stand up in court any day. Rob needs to go back to college. I had full intent to provide gratuity but reluctantly I did not. The problems were blamed on the VA as being difficult but the docs needed were simple standard docs any loan type would have required. Also I brought to their attention a week before closing that the pest inspection and the septic inspection were indicating TBD and guess what was still missing the day of closing.. yup you guessed it. I was not happy and felt things should have been much smoother.

  Sam Arrietta was professional, thorough , and very competent. During the very long and tedious process of refinancing our home, I found Sam Arrieta to be aware of every detail in the process and very supportive in gathering the necessary documents to complete the refinance process. Beyond his professional demeanor, Sam was considerate, kind and always supportive. I have worked with numerous mortgage companies and I found American Pacific Mortgage Company to be a very competent and professional company who has outstanding business and customer relations skiills far beyond the many mortgage companies in the mortgage funding arena. It was a very positive business experience.

  Sam is the best you will find. Home purchase or re-fi (we have done both through him) he is simply the best.
