Today I wanted to break a $20 bill while I was at Safeway's Blue credit union so I see the two lady tellers that had nothing to do for a while besides looking to each other, when I ask them to break my $20 bill the first thing she asked me was if I have an account naturally I didn't so she said that she can't break it since I'm not a customer then I told her "well it looks like I would never open an account with them" with this kind policies and attitudes. I don't know what business are thinking when they come to a community like Cheyenne and expect you to be a customer when first hand besides the advertisement you want to support them, but how; they seem to forget all about old fashion good customer service.

Mike Edwards5I LOVE this bank ! The bank tellers are very Professional and always smiling. I've had an account at this bank for almost 2 years and have never had even a tiny problem with this bank. I especially like the precautionary measures taken to insure that you are you. They still ask me for my I.D. and I know that my account is in a safe bank.

Brittany west1The manager was being really rude to a customer she was helping next to me, she was just so condescending and then after he said that he was changing banks because he had never had a problem there until now, she came over and started being rude to the teller that was helping me. The teller was super nice and they always are but that manger has terrible customer service skills.

Matthew Cape (CadetCape)1Never had a more confusing online banking service with different pay portals and weird fees and half the time it doesn't work or my payments don't even get sent. I have currently spent the last 5 minutes trying to pay a balance but their website(s) are so fundamentally flawed basic functions do not function. Their check-boxes to agree to their TOS wont work and the list goes on. I won't use them again even if I have to. Lots of unnecessary stress from using their services.
