  Constant and clear communication, and timely responses to questions. They helped us see all our options and find the one best for us (we lowered our monthly house payment by $160). Keeping up with signing e-documents meant when we finally came in on signing, we did it in under 17 minutes!

  Katie Bennett and assistant unprofessional, dont communte at all. I had a Fairway loan less than a year ago went well! I withdrew my application in May, almost July got a denial letter based on income? Really? I withdrew my application because unprofessional! Footnote, I make more income now than a year ago!

  This was our first time buying a home, and going in to the experience was very daunting to say the least.   Thanks to Travis and the team for making our dreams come true. They made it easy for us and kept in contact with us every step. We used our VA home loan and I kept thinking with us having chapter 13 on our record was just gonna ruin it all for us since we filed in 2017 and finished in 2021. They made it possible!!! We close march 24th. I can't thank them enough. Now our family doesn't have to rent and move every few years.
