  We were referred to Blue Eagle Credit Union in Salem, VA, for financing options on a used truck. Melissa Hall was amazing and not only had an answer for us in a matter of hours, but the paperwork was able to be completed online as well. Our experience was fast, professional, and customer-focused. Many thanks to Blue Eagle for their assistance and especially to Melissa for great customer service she provided us.

  Hannah gave excellent customer service through my loan transaction! She was very attentive and worked extremely quickly to get me the answers that I needed and ultimately give the loan approval for what I needed. Funds were transferred very quickly and straight in to my account. I highly recommend her for any of your loan needs at Blue Eagle.

  I have been banking with blue eagle for almost 2 years now and let me tell you I have never loved a bank as much as I love them. They have helped me in so many ways more than one. Melissa helped me so much and even lowered my interest rate as well, I have also built my credit up. But Melissa you are awesome and thank you so much for doing all you did.

  I delt with kitty pierce to get the loan for my car! She was absolutely wonderful to speak with, and did an amazing job of walking me through the steps so I could go pick up my car! Absolutely satisfied with the entire process.

  The staff is great, very helpful and they help you with your credit score. They even have live customer service to help on bank machine during hours. Everything about this credit union is spot on. I will definitely refer them to other people!! Great job guys!!
