  I can't say enough good things about this bank(credit union). Thanks to them approving me for an auto loan, I have been able to raise my credit score. I also got my first credit card through them. I would recommend anyone to go here if you want to give your credit score some assistance. Blue Eagle has a $1000 credit builder loan to help you establish a "good" payment history. I have always dealt with Miranda Flanagan (now at the Electric Rd. location). She will give you the best advice (whether it's what you want to hear or not, lol) to get you where you want to be. I'm sure there's other great financial advisers there, but I'll stick with who I know. Thank you Miranda & Blue Eagle for all you have done for me by giving me a 2nd chance to turn my credit around.

  I have an auto loan finance through good blue eagle. When I pay in person the Blue Eagle Representatives are courteous and friendly. My only issue is sometimes I forget to pay and I like to pay by telephone but it cost $15! Seems a bit excessive to me, but they do have online pay and an app as well so theres that.

  A huge shout out to Blue Eagle staff for super service related to my recent car loan! My car was totaled earlier this month. In the middle of the accident aftermath I was dreading the car loan process......but that dread was wiped away with quick processing both for pre-qualification and on finalizing the day I purchased. Thank you to Kaila and to all the loan staff who worked behind the scenes to make this a truly easy and quick process!

  I have always been greeted by friendly staff and quick service. We still have a traditional bank account, but don't receive the same level of service that Blue Eagle provides. I am anxious for the West Salem branch to open, which will be closer to home and more convenient.

  I have been with Blue Eagle for about 2 years now and it was the best decision I ever made. I recently worked with Nicky Bowyer on some issues on my account and she was awesome. She treated my situation very professional.

  Always a pleasurable experience with Blue Eagle! I have worked directly with JD and Kaila on more than one occasion, each time their customer service has exceeded expectations. I have recommended them to everyone I know, and will definitely continue!

  Great friendly staff that treats each customer like Family!!! Also, great rates on loans, easy use Checking, and savings account. I would highly recommend Blue Eagle Credit Union to anyone that is looking for a credit union to do business with!

  I have been a member of Blue Eagle for at least ten years and the experience has been great. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and how quickly they respond to any questions or concerns that I have had with any of my accounts. I want to personally thank Karen Hinton who has been outstanding from day one with every aspect of my banking with Blue Eagle. She has always responded to any of my requests, concerns, as well as given me alternatives as a customer. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Blue Eagle, and I will continue to be a customer for a long time. Thank you
