  Where does one begin with this amazing company? Oh! I know... Jill Blume. There are not enough positive words to describe our experience with Jill. There’s above and beyond and there’s above and beyond, above and beyond. Jill is that! She worked endlessly on our loan process. She always went the extra mile. We are so grateful for her. Because of all this hard work and dedication to this process, we were able to buy our First Home! After years of renting and trying to figure out where we want to be, we finally found a house.   I've always heard how difficult it is to buy a home and all of the red tape you have to go through to make it happen. That was most definitely not the case with Shelly Wetherell handling my mortgage. She made it so easy for me.   I'm a big fan of loyalty and have been a customer of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for over a decade. That said, we recently moved to Greenville and our realtor recommended that we reach out to Jill to discuss the financing of our new home. Given the many years and multiple mortgages with WFIS, we felt compelled to give them an opportunity to finance our most recent purchase. Thus, we were working with both WFIS and Jill/Bankline Mortgage. Not only was Jill MUCH more responsive to our needs than was her competitor (WFIS), she was also able to provide us with a .25% lower rate and with lower fees. From start to finish, Jill's expertise and dedication to her trade trumped those of the others that we've worked with.
