  Blane’s Team financed my construction loan in 2017 and permanent mortgage in 2018. I was so satisfied when it came time to refinance in 2020 for a lower rate, I immediately contacted them. I received the same excellent service on my refinance as I did on my previous loans. When I think of Blane and his Team, what first comes to mind is integrity. Throughout the loan process I felt they had my best interests at heart. The application process was easy and quick. Blane kept me informed of the loan's progress throughout. Submitting supporting documentation on line made it easy. I was able to check the status whenever I needed to.

  Blane and his team went above and beyond customer service excellence in assisting us with our loan and any issues we had as we walked through the process of purchasing the house.
