  I had such a fantastic time working with Blackwell Mortgage! Our entire process moved swiftly and was smooth sailing. Very easy to work with and everything got done in a timely (better yet fast) manner. THE RATES WERE INCREDIBLE!!!! I was always updated with information.   April was knowledgeable, professional and very personable when it came to helping me start the mortgage process. Her and her team made sure to ask for all the paperwork I needed well in advance and made the pre closing/ closing smooth and effortless. If I had any questions about something they were quick to respond back to me.   We recently used April Young from Blackwell Mortgage to get financing for our first home purchase here in Raleigh. We were referred to her as someone who is an expert on securing financing for entrepreneurs (small biz owners) like us, and she was fantastic from the first introductory phone call to closing on the property! April was extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the whole topic of financing. She was an excellent communicator via phone, email, text, video calls, and clearly walked us through each step along the way, even sending us little videos via email explaining some of the key processes. April was easily accessible at all times, even when we needed quick comps and property specific numbers to make quick offers in this crazy market, AND, she even sent the listing agents a video testimonial on our behalf explaining our pre-approved status and numbers - which they greatly appreciated and gave us an edge in negotiations. All up, April was a complete professional, and we'd have no hesitation using her services for any future financing needs!
