  Had an item (guitar) in layaway. Wasn’t due for 6 months. Went in to put some more money on it, and they’d sold it. Shoddy way to do business. Stay away from this place…!!!

  Well lets just say i got riped off. I bought a ring payed $220 in cash. And my wife came up there two months later and just ask how much would they give her for the same ring. Believe or not the guy offer her $15 for the exact same ring. Unbelievable this ppl are crooks....... I advice everyone to stay away from this thieves.

  Came in to buy a trumpet When I walked in an employee behind the counter was playing a guitar I saw one I wanted try and asked to check it out However, when I started to play it he said the bosses didn’t allow it Needless to say ... I LEFT and won’t be coming back

  I went into Bims to buy a diamond ring for my soon to be wife. I did some research before going, so I was a bit prepared to ask a few questions and get some professional advice. As soon as I started to ask simple questions they got super defensive. They do not want educated customers. These guys are crooks. WARNING THEY ARE UP TO NO GOOD! DIRTY DEALING AND MISGUIDED CONSUMER IS WHAT BIMS IS ABOUT. Lets just hope they shut their doors soon!

  Worst pawn shop in Detroit!!!! If you really love what you have, take it somewhere else because they all in for the profit they sell your stuff right away no chances, all smiles ,and we lost out on something we cherish.

  My mom use to come here all the time. This was her spot before she passed. Seem like an average pawnshop. All new faces must be under new management

  Horrible customer service, extremely rude, and unprofessional. The guy didnt know how to properly operate a certain tool, so he declined the purchase. This place wont last long, eapecially in this area.. bye bye 🤣

  Dont Waste ur time, and if ur goin here to pawn or sell anything dont let the LOW BALLER named Willy help u, he always tries to act like there is something wrong with anything u try to pawn or sell,very bad business practiced here
