  Hello, Sami Finch is amazing loan person. She was very helpful,even when I kept changing things on her She has gone out of her way to help me, and for that I'm very thankful. Been with the credit union for 2 months and so far I'm very help . with all the help

  They're terrible, took forever to get a new card that expired. Everytime I withdrawl money from drive thru they cannot read the simple marks on the slip stating that I want my check put into my checking, I don't want my cash personally. Their drive thru staff needs an IQ evaluation.

  We worked with Sam on our loan for land. He was very helpful during the entire process. We highly recommend BFCU for loans and banking! We would not go anywhere else.

  Should be zero stars. **Do Not Use BFC ATMs!** I went to one of their ATMs to deposit cash into my account. The atm stole my cash deposit! I notified BFC as soon as possible, waited a week to be told their ATM was balanced and there was no over balance of the amount I attempted to deposit. So they refused to give me my money back and had to contact my other bank for help. I have been a BFC member since 2005 and I will be closing my account and never banking with them again!!

  Would have been nice to know about “debt protection” on the BFCU credit card. Every time you call to talk to a Personal Banker/Loan Officer no one is available. Once our loan is paid off we will be switching banks.

  Hi. Thank you for the review. It is helpful for us to learn and grow. When opening the card, you would have signed saying you understand you were offered Debt Protection, but didn't want it on the credit card at that time. It is a really great product! You are able to add it to the card at any time. We are sorry to hear that you wish to switch banks. Please let us know if there is something we can help with, including adding the debt protection to the card and the loan you mention above.

  I have been working with this bank for almost a decade and it's hands down the easiest and most enjoyable experience in banking. I work directly with Bryan Callahan and would send anyone his way without hesitation. He is responsive, helpful, and creative in all of my asks.

  We have banked here for 7 years now and they go above and beyond to help their members!!! They are very welcoming when we come in and pleasant on the phone! The loan department went above and beyond to help us get a loan for our new home recently and I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks BFCU for helping us buy our dream home!!!

  I absolutely love this credit union. I have all of my accounts here. I have checking, Savings, Auto, Motorcycle, Mortgage, etc.. I have had my account for 10+ years and they have always taken care of me!!! I tried to get a loan a few other places and the rates were crazy. Thank you BFCU for all that you do for your members!!
