  Bill went above and beyond to secure the lowest possible rate on both my home purchase and also on my re-finance. He took time to stay in contact with me and make sure I was getting the best deal I could as rates fell and better options became available for me. I felt he was very easily accessible and received immediate replies and feedback on any and all questions I had. He even stayed in close contact on holidays and weekends to get the the job done, and took the time to email me to let me know when he was able to lower my rate even more than we thought, and seemed genuinely excited to tell me about it. Bill and his team are professional, friendly and timely in all of their interactions. I didn't have to follow up on anything, as they all actively handled and explained to me the steps as we went. I was able to handle all by email/over the internet and it was no stress deal. Everything ran like clock work and was easy as you could be. It was really a hassle free and easy dealing with Bill and his team, and look forward to working together again if/when I need their services.

  I will never in my life work with anyone other than Bill. He is 100% upfront and honest, and he knows the game and will play it on your behalf. Day or night, at work or in the middle of dinner, he will take your call. I never once felt like anything less than his #1 priority. The process can be extensive and exhausted, but it wasn't with Bill. We closed lightning quick and he bent over backwards to get me squared away. In short, hire Bill.
