  I have had a standing relationship with Bill Ball and his office for 17 years. Longevity says something in business. Even more, both Bill and Dawn have on several occasions provided valuable information to help wisely steer me and my husband both in personal matters and business matters. They are always willing to go above and beyond what we need. I hope others see the fruit of Bill Ball and his agent's labor.

  I've been working with Bill Ball and his associates, Jennifer and Dawn, since I first started driving. They've always been extremely helpful, and it was a very cool full circle moment buying my first car. I called them the day after the car arrived, and they were able to quickly get my paperwork together, so I could quickly enjoy the new car. Jennifer initially helped with the consultation after I put the deposit down. Bill, her father, got my package prepared once the car arrived, and Dawn completed putting it together. I appreciate Dawn tremendously for taking the time to listen as I was explaining some of what was going on. I appreciate her everything for all that she did at the end.

  I super appreciate all the assistant that Bill Ball and his staff have provided me throughout my relationship with them. Dawn and Jennifer are the best. Just today I spoke to Dawn (da bomb) and her knowledge of her trade and responsiveness to my questions was outstanding! I love the personal service. It is such a pleasure to be greeted like a friend everytime I call the office. When you do business with this agent the Welcome mat is always rolled out. Thanks for all you do!

  Mr.Ball's agency is the absolute best auto agency I have ever been involved with during my 39 yrs. of driving. Mr. Ball"s staff provides customer service that is not seen much in today's world and Dawn is always so helpful and pleasant to speak with.   Bill Ball is rude just like his daughter Jennifer Ball. Do not pick Bill Ball as an agent please pick someone else because he is not it! His team is unprofessional and rude and very smart and sassy on the phone. Old man go out of business! Dawn we not even going to start on her smh next story. Dont do it worst agent ever

  Bill Ball and staff are simply wonderful! I recently moved and had to make a lot of adjustments, which included my car and new home. Bill and his staff was never too busy to listen to me as they guided me through the storm. I sincerely appreciated the professional and helpful manner in which they answered my questions as they reassured me that everything will be just fine. I'm so glad to have Bill Ball as my State Farm Insurance agent!

  I have been a client of this State Farm agency for over I think 8 years and I always receive excellent customer service from my rep Dawn Ferguson. She’s always on top of things and responds promptly. I highly recommend this State Farm office!
