  This company serviced my outstanding accounts for payday loans awhile ago that I took out online. They explained the program and the process very clearly. My payments were a lot lower than what I was paying before I got in touch with them. My rep told me that I would be out of debt in less than a year and I was! I just googled this company to find their phone # for a friend and I noticed other reviews and I think that some people think that it's like a loan schedule or something when they sign up and they want an exact number of months which doesn't make sense since they do not give you a loan. That's just my educated guess. Anyway, these guys were great! Thank you! I am still debt free and happy.

  Thank you Scott, we are glad we could help. Yes, you are correct, our Programs are not loans and are not contracted for any duration. They are approved by lenders til balances are all paid in full, which is the goal. Any estimated duration of a Payment Plan by our counselors is always specified as "about" and based on the benefits the lenders historically extend and what balances were furnished to us by our clients prior to enrolling. If a lender says the balance is higher, the math simply doesn't work.

  Called them to get out of debt. I called and got balances from creditors . They said with the debt that I just got from creditors it would be 8 payments. I payed my 8 payments and they said I had more .And that my creditors accepted offers for more then I owe. I never got a phone call email or letter from this company saying there was a discrepancy with creditors. Nor did they fight the balances I reported. Thanks Greg Sandidge . Also I called in October they said I owed 608 but my payment has not cleared so I will owe 304 in November. Which I made. Now they took another 304 out in December. Do not use this company. I called them again about the 304 December payment that was not expose to be made and they said they don't contact clients about discrepancys.

  i am paying my loans off stop trying to debit my bank. you tried again today. you have taken out over $2000.00 from me and balances are the same. your fired rapid cash got paid 221.00 and speedy cash got $60.00 on 09/29/2018 they gave me customer relations and set up a paymnt plan all will be paid off by 1st of january 2019. bank is working with me stop trying to take more money from me bank nows and will stop it especially tomarrow. you are a rip off. i am contacting bbb ect............ and all otherorganizations who care.   We have tried to reach out to Mr. Rivas regarding the dissatisfaction indicated in his posting. Unfortunately Mr. Rivas’ phone is disconnected and email goes unanswered. As a respected 23 year old Counseling Agency, we pride ourselves on helping those with debt issues by working with their lenders to establish effective repayment plans. In Mr. Rivas case, his lenders have CONFIRMED he was set up on our Debt Management Program, all ongoing interest was being waived, and his balances were going down. The balances Mr. Rivas furnished to us in the beginning were not accurate per his lenders, who responded with much higher countered figures. Mr. Rivas is also inaccurate with the amount he has stated he has paid to them through us. If he reviews his bank statements, he will see both September and October payments were dishonored by his bank for insufficient funds and the total of previous cleared funds do not equal the amount he indicated. Being enrolled in a Debt Management Program mandates in the Agreement that participants keep an open communication line with their Counseling Agency and lenders, and taking responsibility for assuring payments are made timely and account information is correctly furnished. These programs are voluntary and Mr. Rivas could have canceled at any time with a simple email or call. We also could have reviewed his account with him and addressed his erroneous concerns personally, rather than having to correct them here. We wish Mr. Rivas well moving forward and endorse his decision to handle his own affairs.

  They helped my mom get rid of payday loans and she paid off 3 loans. I set up everything with a nice guy and everything went well. They are very organized and delightful . You can trust this company .

  What a scam. I was told eight payments or less and figured I could tough it out and make the payments through December. Now I've made the eight payments and they tell me I still have two more payments. How is ten payments eight or less? Stay away from them.
