  Worst experience I have ever had in my life, the people their are very incompetent and have a huge problem with simple math that I had to correct many times and they are very rude and unpleasant people. I would definitely stay away from them and take any kind of business else where. If I could give them less stars I would, definitely gonna report them to the BBB.

  These guys really helped out my son in finding the right guitar and amp!! My son is a new musician just beginning to develope his talent and the manager Lester went above and beyond in helping us get the right guitar and azz mo for him to start out with. Lester himself is a musician and I could tell that he really enjoys helping out other musicians who are just getting started. He not only knocked $20 off of the total cost but also threw in a guitar case, a tuner, 1 free set of new guitar strings, a guitar strap, and a few picks all free to help my son get started!!! This was BY FAR the very BEST experience I've EVER had at a pawn shop!! I couldn't believe how helpful they were!!! They seemed to truly care!!! I highly reccomend this pawn shop not only for new musicians, but also for anyone seeking to utilize a pawn shop for any other goods or services typically offered by such establishments!!! God bless!!!

  This was the best experience ever in a pawn shop they helped me find a great guitar and amp and let me put it on lay away for a great deal. They got kind people and there service is great. The guitar and amp was $169 and he said he can take 20% off and he through in a case, strings, picks, tuner, and a strap I highly recommend this place.

  Pros: 1. Plentiful parking 2. Easy to find 3. Not busy (middle of a Monday when visited) 4. Employees were friendly Cons: 1. Felt cramped in the store 2. Not a lot of products here 3. A lot of the things seemed to be in poor condition 4. The store itself felt grungy. Needs a good scrubbing Summary: This pawn shop is a small in the wall pawn shop. You will be able to pawn stuff here. I'd personally go elsewhere where quality of product is higher and product amount is more plentiful.

  Good people, good prices, never had a bad experience. Pawn and pick up are both professionally handled and quickly done. They have a wide variety of items for sale, my family never leaves empty handed.

  Never had a bad experience. The pawn and pickup is taken care of profecionaly and they are verry friendly I have been going there for years and never had a problem. My favorite pawn shop.

  We will be contacting the better business bureau on this business. They were rude, and demeaning and when my husband told them they were crooks, they followed him outside and tried to fight him. Put this place out of business, they obviously don't care whether they have customers or not.

  I visited the store and was very impressed with Lester and Tina in regards to their honesty and caring attitude on a piece of jewelry. I highly recommend shopping at the Yukon location of Big K Pawn!!
