  I went to a couple other local pawn shops trying to get a loan on an iPad pro which I assumed would be no problem, however it was not the case. After being turned away and disregarded and honestly just being treated like I was an idiot for even thinking that I could get a loan on an iPad, not only did the fine folk at big daddy pawn loan on my iPad they were incredible helpful in every way. Helped me with a couple other loans that went better than any pawn experience ive ever had. They were friendly, courteous, straight forward, and extremely fair. I suggest everybody come to them for their pawn shop needs. I know I will from here on out.

  Was assisted by both Tim's for the purposes of getting a loan. Gave me a more than fair value for my merchandise towards a loan, and were very friendly and personable. It was my first time using a pawn shop, glad I went through them.

  Came down for my 2nd visit upgrading my jewelry (stellar upgrade plan, might I add (as long as you still have your receipt you can deduct the full price of your jewelry from bigger purchases)), and was once again greeted by friendly, knowledgeable, and cooperative staff (reminisced from my first visit). Fair negotiations are also a staple here, which includes a sizeable and decent variety of jewelry and other goods as well. Can't recommend them enough, I bid you to see for yourself. Thanks once again for the customer service and expect to see further visits to come!

  Very friendly, good customer service. Willing to work with whatever is brought their way I've never been to a pawn shop like Big Daddy's Jewelry & Pawn before, and they will always be my first choice if I ever nee anything again. Michael

  Big Daddy's Jewelry and Pawn is a very professional and friendly environment. The owner Tim and his wife are the sweetest couple in the world! They also offer the highest money for your merchandise. And have the best quality of jewelry and electronics.

  Even though they were not able to get me the loan I was looking for, they were excellent. Very upfront and honest, and even helped me find a store to better suit my needs. Seemingly cleanly and efficient store. If I ever need any pawning needs I will come here.

  Excellent service... this pawnshop is the best I have ever had to use. Manager noticed I was about to be underpaid for a pawn and told the associate to raise the pawn, helping me out tremendously. These guys are out to help others and not rip you off.

  Wow, this isn't your average pawn shop. I sold them my iMac and had a genuinely great experience. First off, Tim there gave me my asking price for the iMac which surprised the hell out of me. He's all about the Apple products (rightfully so) and they have a good selection of them. The place is clean, professional, and has a positive vibe. I never have any interactions with pawn shops, so maybe I'm not the best to say, but this felt more like a big name electronics store than a pawn shop, yet small in size and with better customer service, lol. Don't think you can go wrong here ;)

  There's a reason this pawn shop is so highly rated, its because their the best in Denver. I needed cash to pay for rent and was able to get what i needed, even though he wouldn't have made a profit if i didn't come back. The owner just took my word that i would come back for it.

  Good place with a lot of knowledge. Gave me a schooling in jewelry, which I was not upset about and appreciate the straight up honesty. In the future before I go buy from one of the top jewel companies, I will for sure come see these guys first. Nice people and straight shooters.
