  I’ve gone to all Big Brothers locations and have always been treated well. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve delt with Dale Land at each of these locations and he has always gone above and beyond to help me.

  Jacob always has a smile on his face when you come thru the doors. He is always the first to help you out in whatever you need! The Springdale location is by far the best location to go to! Be sure and ask for Jacob Land for the best service around!

  I've never written a review but as a customer I have to. They don't even check to see if weapons are unloaded. Guy who works the gun area handed a customer what looked like shotgun from behind the counter. A customer was manipulating it, pulled the trigger and a projectile hit the floor at high velocity. Stupid and dangerous, it could've hit somebody or a kid if he had it pointed in the right direction. Disappointing they don't follow the basic firearm safety rules.

  I would give them none but can't drive and hour and a half to get an Xbox, said it works fine everything. I get home from 3 hours of driving and the xbox360 is locked up, I called they tried to make it seem like I was the bad guy, told me to bring it back within a couple days, well I have work so I can't just do that. FALSE ADVERTISMENT with some of there things be weary. Now I'm out 50$, because they liked about it. Very unpleased will never again in my life do business with them.

  Folks... You are better off going to Castle rental and pawn. Only 2 employees were helpful and had the real customer service! This company is rediculus!
