  We've been customers of biddeford savings for at least 25+ years. Always pleased with the service. However, since the merge the services aren't as good as they used to be. The employees have always and still are very personable. Just not the same bank as it used to be.

  Very nice staff, never any lines to wait in and it's a very fast process for anything. Even when I ask a bunch of questions about things I don't know, they always seem happy to answer them. Nice and secure, love this bank and the awesome people who work here!

  The customer service is amazing, I’ve never had a problem with them. Setting up an account is fast and easy, while still being secure. I would recommend this bank to anyone

  Tried to suggest an edit and it didn't work. But the bank is posted in the wrong spot on my map. It's not by shaker pond. It's further down the road by the Milkroom and waterways.
