  Nili Nathan is rad. I have used her for two refinances. I actually found out about Nili from the loan broker who helped me close the loan on my primary home purchase. That broker told me she used Nili for her own personal home purchase and a subsequent refinance. I figured that was a hard recommendation to ignore. So I called Nili up, and I was very impressed. She is exceptionally nice and very professional and gets the job done very quickly. I have since recommended her to many of my friends and family and they have all said great things about her as well. Nili gets a 100%.

  I came to Nili after finding it impossible to get other companies / loan officers to give me clear expectations of time lines in a time where so many people are buying homes and refinancing. I had waited 5 month for another company to process my loan and at some point the other company just stopped responding. I contacted Nili and she not only got my, slam dunk, loan done in 3 weeks, but by the time we closed our loan I was contacted by the other company to give more information as my loan was still stuck in underwriting still. Nili was very clear on time frames, worked with me to get the best possible rate for my desired time frame (2.8%), and she was always upfront with all of the fees that I would incur. I am beyond happy with the service I received from Nili and her team that helped with underwriting and processing. She always answered my questions quickly and stayed in contact. As you can see, I am not a woman of few words, so she should be commended for her excellence in communication. I appreciate her and her team for helping me through this process and making it so easy!
