      Drive thru ATM took my money without depositing in my account , went to into the bank to inform the tell. She stated they don’t not have access to the ATM to retrieve my money back which I needed to make a business transaction the same day. Advised I have to wait for 48hr to hear back from the back or the money to be deposited into my account… still waiting!

      Carolina and Lucy were very helpful and kind. This was my first time refinancing a car. They took a lot of time out to explain the whole process and walk me through it. In fact all of the staff here is courteous and efficient. Thank you all.

      Twice, I've had issues with both the interior and exterior ATM's at this location taking my money and not crediting my account. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, but there are long lines here. I use ATM's to avoid having to come here in the daytime. FIX YOUR ATM's!

      A BIG thank you to Alex Barahona of the Westbury branch!!! He was so patient, so informative, so professional. I could tell just from our short interaction that he will go very far and have a successful career. Most importantly HE is the sole reason i did not close my account with BFCU, I've been a member for almost 20 years and i was absolutely FED UP with the fraud charges on my checking account.

      This is a satellite location so certain services and departments are not here. If you want a safety deposit box you must use the main branch in Bethpage.

      Covid 19 lines, drive in ONLY!..1 hour 30 min lines... terrible...all they have to do is put in plexiglass like CHASE has....
