Customer services slow and dialogue between customer and staff is poor. 0% understanding empathy because I’m handicapped with cast on my foot. I went few miles Further for same procedure in New Hyde park and got it down in 20 secs with better services. Bank is good but staff idk 🤷🏿‍♂️
