  Tellers were not helpful at all. Also I would suggest changing the wood paneling in front of the tellers because my child touched it and was in Urgent Care for 2 hours with splinters in hand. 1st day as a new customer and I was already told no to an important piece of documentation I needed from them and then to spend 2 hours in Urgent Care with a child who had numerous splinters was exhausting. Not sure how I feel about switching banks right now.

  Employees are rude and discriminatory towards people with disabilities at all times, verbally abusive towards customers. Management is rude and non-sensical with customers, extended wait times over 90 minutes to make complaints about employees and conduct unbecoming a major corporation in this day and age , stay far away and go to TD it is right across the street and people are nicer and more normal to customers. The management is rude and unprofessional to customers. Seek Other banking for your business , you will be better off

  Capital one is by far like the worst bank. One of my family members had fraud so they gave them back the money and then four months later they took hundreds of dollars out of the account as a reversal which I understand but if you’re going to do that it should probably be closer to the date of the incident because four or five months later is really messed up to be messing with someone’s account. and they should probably not be giving back any money until they figure out if they have to reverse it or not because if they have to reverse it it makes no sense for them to give people money until the case is done if its going to take MONTHS. And speaking to them is just *sigh*

  Inexperienced staffs and no manager available to settle issues. Staffs does not know how to solve some of the basic issues. Waited for so long and they wanted to sent us back since they don't know how to figure it out. Worst banking experience. Would never recommend this bank.

  This branch is very crowded! Extremely unpleasant experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

  Actually my review is zero! Customer service is a joke. I was on the phone today with 4 people. The bank wouldn't help me. So they transferred me to customer service, by the way in a foreign Asian country. 3 more people. The last one hung up on me. I barely got my name out. I'm withdrawing all my money out of this bank. All accounts. I know I'm not the only one this has happened to. Pathetic.

  The worst costumer service and I’ve been a member since 2011. I went there to asked for statements that I can’t see in my mobile app. The bank teller says that he’s not allowed to print any paperwork that is illegal for him to print out. It’s really frustrating for me because im in the process of buying a house and I really need all this information.😡😡😡

  Ever since the surrounding branches closed down this location has been unbearable. A simple five minute deposit has turned into an hour long ordeal. While on the drive thru the driver in the car in front of me actually fell asleep! This is by far the worst way to bank and scary that we need to be subjected to this at this day in age with technology that allows for mobile deposits and transactions #endrant

  Horrible costumer service. Atm Didn't accept the cash deposit and it did not return all of my money. When i informed a teller all she kept saying was " Oh i don't know" did not try to assist me in any way or suggest what i should do. I had to spend my lunch hour on the phone filing a claim and at the end of the call they said the tellers should've done it for me!
