Marshall Mayhugh1I recommend going else where. These guys bought out my old credit union and took over the loans I had with them. Then they closed down the branch that was at my job. So now I had to drive over an hour to go in person to make payments and when I traveled for my job and had problems could never get a hold of someone on the phone to help with my problems. Now that it's been 2 months since I paid off the loans and yet have a received my titles and still get charged a dollar a month for a paper statement that I never get every month. Truly it's a circus over there and I'm glad to be done with them and will never be coming back.

They are friendly and when I have questions they know the answers and steer me in the right direction as to what is best for my banking needs. I have one issue and that is because I opened a new account about 2 weeks ago and I too have as yet to receive my debit card nor has my husband, who is also named for a card.. Other than that...I'm satisfied as i have used them before and am a returning customer..

Darlene Ferris1I ordered a new debit card on February 26. March 10 I cancelled the card because I never received it. I ordered a new one at that time. Never got that one either. Why can't they issue a card without sending it in the mail? I'm done waiting!

Lou C1Your online banking is archaic, and you keep sending me credit cards instead of debit cards, which has now completely @$&!ed up my stuff. Moving to Ally and never looking back.

We are trying to look into this further for you, but haven't been able to locate anyone in our system with your name. Our credit and debit card departments are completely separate so you would not receive a credit card in the mail unless you directly applied for one. We want to make sure what you have received is actually from Best Reward Federal Credit Union and not another financial institution. We are looking forward to your call.

Paul S5I can’t speak about the credit union itself Because I’ve never done actual business with them inside of the bank. What I can say however is that this location has an ATM that’s part of the MoneyPass network, meaning that there’s no surcharge to make a withdrawal from it if you have a MoneyPass card. (Think: PayPal debit cards, Bluebird by American Express, etc) Money can only be withdrawn in increments of $20.
