  Very upset that google is forcing me to even give this very poor business any type of rating. If it was up to me I wouldn't have given any star. I called Best Rates Check Cashing to inquire in a manager was on duty as I was told just yesterday that a manager would have to be on duty in order to approve my cashier's check from NFCU, so I just called this place to confirm the manager was there today before I made a wasted trip. And to my disgust, dismay and disappointment, I spoke to some very nasty rude and extremely unprofessional person answered the phone (total opposite from the person I spoke to on yesterday) And judging by the tone of this guy's voice he probably was the manager. Totally unacceptable and uncalled for. Not a good look dude. This guy so very nasty and rude and for what? It was absolutely no reason for him to have answered the phone and spoken to me the way he did. All I did was ask if the manager was there, that's it. And I got all the unnecessary extra nonsense from that. Who does that? I'm not even a customer yet and this is how you treat potential customers? You can't answer your phone like that nor speak to customers or potential customers in that manner. Extremely poor customer service and even poorer phone etiquette. I was very pleasant and respectful in my tone to this man even until the end of the call and this jerk just hung up on me even after I thanked him. Very disappointed and disgusted in this business to say the least.
