  Very friendly staff. It's small and intimate. Still when you come, plan on spending a little time. For a store of its size, they're crammed with merchandise. Nick who's a jack of all trades does quite a bit with computers. He was willing to work with me on my birthday and he took a little bit off of a Toshiba laptop that I still have to this day. Best is an ideal place for that one of a kind gift item; this is particularly the case when it comes to musical instruments. So when you can't find it on eBay or craigslist, you might try checking out Best.

  Have to say they really are top notch, I called them and even over the phone they made me feel comfortable, I will definitely use them on future pawn and sales.

  Went to try to sell some rings.. Staff was helpful and friendly. What most people don't recognize is how low resale of jewelry is, but that's not their fault. The nice woman who helped me quoted the same that I was offered at every other pawn shop. I decided not to sell at that moment but that was not their fault. I would go there again.

  Ripoff. Took a 4.5gram 14k gold ring to them and they offered me $25. These jokers think they're slick, but I'll never go to them or tell anyone to go there. My family runs an Upholstery shop in Hampton so I talk to many different people everyday. I took it to another pawn shop and they offered me $65 right off the bat. I told them how much I was offered and they were shocked, and shook their heads. By the way, it was a woman behind this shady jail cell looking area. She sits way above you while you hand her your goods just so she can try and rip you off. All these 4&5 star reviews must be phony or paid off.

  I had an old coin I wanted them to look at Heard good things. Parked in front of store at 5;26. Watched me park with traffic and when I opened door hollered closed. Thanks

  I called this business about making a payment for an extension on something that I got a loan on and the person Tabitha I asked her if I could make the payment thru my credit card because I was at work and she said no it had to be cash only not everyone carries cash on them I would not recommend this place to anyone this is the last time I do business with you their employees don't know how to talk to customers
