  OMG am I thankful I found these guys! The manager will work with you honestly and more! The whole office is pleasant and professional. By the time I left I did get a loan and one I can afford! When I reallt needed it they came thru for me.

  This is for Allen on 15th and Sheridan he was very helpful and caring. Quick response handled business with professionalism and very courteous. He also was very knowledgeable and to the point. I strongly recommend this store for your future business needs.

  Refused to work with me after my husband unexpectedly passed away. Before anyone says it, I know they are a business and only in it for the money..but a little tiny bit of compassion would have been nice. Oh well, they will be paid off soon and off my back for good.

  From Becky, to the other ladies who need education on customer service. I do believe you have none and I will most definitely make a note never to do business with people who think they don’t have to give out a corporate number to customers or to anyone makes it seem as if they do not want corporate calling them about issues well I think the better business bureau will get a great look at the business and hopefully give them a grade of F for failure to show and services of customers. I do believe that the ladies who are there need to have a good hard turn at learning how to give great services and not talk over customers or threaten to call police all bc one asks for the manager and lie and say they are not allowed to give that number out to customers well I do believe if that is your policy I clearly think your business needs to be closed and they can go to a class that shows them what customer service is all about. I don’t want to do business with people that have one sided lies of protecting themselves from what’s the truth and I’ll be happy to call your corporate office and inform them and pass on a law that allows me or your business to record conversation so theirs no issues of what she or he said. To be honest the ladies that work there are rude very uneducated and they need to get a hard lesson of what customer service is and not threaten me bc I ask for the manager name that is completely a lie telling me it’s against company policy way to go Mrs B you should never hang up and a customer for any reason unless profanity is being used which it wasn’t so you ladies enjoy your day.
