  I wasn't looking forward to finding a company to replace my roof and gutters. I was actually dreading going through the estimate process but I'm so happy I found this company. The owner, Drew, is enthusiastic, polite, professional, and straightforward. Drew told me exactly what needed to be done, answered my questions, and gave me time to make a decision. He's the only person I met with who didn't pressure me and he's actually the only person I met with who said he wanted the job. Drew gave me advice on shingle color and type. It was great to lean on his experience when making those decisions. The crew was quick and cleaned up after the job was completed. My expectations were exceeded and I'll recommend Best Exteriors to anyone. I wish I would have found Drew before I put windows in my house last year but I'm looking forward to working with him in the future on other projects.

  I am very happy with the new roof installed by this company. They were there on time and completed the work very efficiently. Most of all I appreciate that they hadn't tried to force me into a decision. They provided all the information and let me take my time and come to my own decision. I do not deal with companies that use forceful sales tactics. Working with Drew at Best Exteriors has been a pleasure.

  When ice and snow started to melt through our ceiling, Drew was the first person to come and take a look. Among the 3 companies that inspected the issue, it was unanimous that a new roof would be most cost effective. Not the news we wanted, but we are glad we chose Best Exteriors! Drew was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. His crew was courteous, and the area was spotless when the work was complete.

  Called Best Exteriors on a Sunday for an ice/snow dam on the roof, and started to leak inside. Drew the owner was great on the phone and actually came to my house to work on the roof. Drew was professional, courteous, and best of all honest! Was upfront about what needed done and what could be done in the future to prevent more dams in the future. Appreciated the honesty and help Drew provided on a Sunday afternoon. We will be doing business with Best Exteriors in the spring! Great Company!

  What can I say, my experience with Drew was extremely positive; his honesty and knowledge won me over. He took the time to inspect every inch of my roof inside and out. His communication skills are top notch; he takes his business very serious and will go above and beyond to ensure you are 100% satisfied with his services. His team was quick, keep the job site tidy, cleared all debris from my yard and my neighbors (houses are like 5 ft apart) and did a fantastic job replacing my roof. I am confident I have THE BEST cricket in all of CBUS 😉 Make Drew your first and last call!

  Drew and Best Exteriors were great to work with, they recently completed some gutter work for me. Their communication was excellent and they were very knowledgeable. I have an older house and they were able to provide a cost effective repair without recommending unneeded work. I feel that they were very competent and provided a fair price. I intend to have windows replaced by them in the future.

  We had a leak coming in through a pipe. I called on a Saturday and they were out on Monday. Excellent service at a decent price!

  We had a great experience with Best Exteriors! We had a new roof put on our house and they did a wonderful job, quick and efficient. Drew was absolutely the best to work with! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  We called Best Exteriors to come out and give us an estimate on the condition of our 14 year-old shingle roof that had started to show it’s age a bit. Drew, the owner came to check it out, explained to us what he found and said our roof was in decent shape and didn’t need to be replaced right away. I was impressed with his honesty since a reliable & honest contractor is difficult to find. I will not hesitate to call Best Exteriors Inc if anything is needed for my home!

  We needed a roof replacement and new gutters, thankfully we found Best Exteriors Inc because they were nothing but exceptional to work with throughout the process. From the first phone call to the final walk through they were professional/ responsive and respectful of our home. The installation crew was a group of unbelievably hard working employees. We are so pleased with the roof and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
