Honestly one of the best pawn shops I’ve ever been too. Paola is genuinely very kind and also a lot of the other employees they carefully take the time to look at your items and help you out. Always a pleasure to come here!

I've bought a few pieces of jewelry recently and am very happy with what I got for the price that I paid. These guys have excellent customer service and great values on gold. Thanks. I'll be back soon.

      Response from the owner

We can't wait to welcome you back, Big! Thanks for the great feedback and the 5 stars.

Place is a scam and gave me a low ball offer. Go anywhere else and double your money. And they take all your info before telling you what they will offer and won't delete it even when you don't sell anything to them. I'm sure California new customer privacy laws aren't being followed.

      Response from the owner

Hello, Peter. We're sorry you weren't happy with your experience while visiting our store. We'd like the chance learn more details about your visit and the opportunity to earn your future business. Please call (415) 282-1782. A manager is briefed and ready to assist you.

When I went to pick up my tools that I took a loan against I was helped by a friendly female who informed me that she gave me the last of my tools. As I informed her of one more tool I was sure they had she listened to my description It was a disk sander valued at $200.00 dollars along with my Milwaukee hand truck that I let them use for the sander was quite heavy when I finished my description the girl along with one other store employee admitted it was there but she wanted to make sure. So downstairs she went only to return to tell me. (Since our computer says it’s been redeemed another words I already picked it up she can only sell it to me That’s right I have to buy it back along with pay for by hand truck. Low and below here comes the manager Steve who tells me if I don’t have my ticket then the computer is right and it’s the tool could belong to some one else. I’m guilty of losing my ticket which is a $3.00 lost ticket penalty not an opportunity for him to steel my tool. I could go on but I think you get the Idea I’m a 62 year old retired man on fixed income. I later find out that Steve is there area manager o he sets the example fo his employees to lie for the company benefits. If anyone at best collateral feels I’m. anything but telling the truth and needlessly ruining there good name I challenge Steve to take a polygraph test ( yes you can pay for them now) and I’ll take one also looser pays for both test

Well.. I won't be coming back here anytime soon. And, I was a buyer. First some rude woman on Saturday 2/23 around 12noon lectures me over the phone about the pronunciation of a watch brand. Then, lies and tells me they have a ton of them. When I go in (same women) a Latino female in her 30's approx 5'2" tall starts badgering me. And I quote, if you don't see the watch in the counter, we don't have it. She then begins to jeer me along with some "indigenous person" who was pawning something. With all due respect, I'm the one with the money. You won't be seeing me anytime soon.

Came here during a job transition a while back, got less than I expected, but was new to pawning anything. Everytime I dropped in the manager drooled over my mixti-frame bianchi, asked when I was gonna pawn that. Finally I bring it in, hauled it alongside another bike, not easy for a guy with sever nerve damage. Get in and they offer me $40... for a Bianchi frame. I wouldn't care, except this useless manager kept telling me to bring it in. Guy is a chode, asked for all this marketing advice from me.. then when I need a little help he can't step away from his lunch. What a total hole. Won't be back, won't recommend. Will use every opportunity I get to tell about what a trash place this is.
