  Ted helped us apply for our first house mortgage a year and a half ago and made the process less scary and overwhelming than we thought it would be. He recently helped us with the refinancing process and once again made it quick, simple and painless. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone going through the mortgage loan process.   We used Best Advantage Mortgage (BAM) for our refinancing needs. For the first time ever, I felt that this process does not need to be too painful and can be seamless. Ted and team from BAM were always available to answer any of our naive-to-complex questions via text/e-mail/phone/etc. We knew exactly what the process will be like and the information we will need to provide from Day-1. There were not any surprise asks (documentation) or fees. Everything felt trivial and they worked around our schedule (I was on an international travel while I was refinancing). But they made it happen still and did find us a very favorable rate. I will recommend BAM to anyone because Ted and his team prioritized "human" aspect of interaction over anything else.

  We have refinanced with Ted two times now. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ted is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and he responded to my questions in record time. Ted works for his clients as if they're his only client. Both times we've worked with Ted, everything went so smoothly from beginning to end. It was a painless process, and before I knew it we were saving a lot of money each month. Ted knows his job inside and out. I have, and will continue recommending Ted to everyone I know.

  Working with Ted at Best Advantage Mortgage (BAM) was a breeze. From the initial approval process to closing day, Ted was available to answer all our questions and alleviate our concerns (and as first time home buyers there were many!). I am not sure how he had time to have any other clients because his email and phone call responses were so prompt and informative. He knows all the people who need to be part of the homebuying process and moves things along quickly. I would highly recommend working with BAM whether you are buying your first or tenth home; the process was as pleasant as possible and it is clear they know the business!
