  This was my first car buying experience and although it was several lengthy hours long, i left the dealership with the upmost satisfaction. I want to say thank you to the staff and management that worked there. They made my first time buying a car an informative and pleasant experience overall.

  I went to get an oil change and Jordan at the service department was great! He was courteous and very professional. I was offered water, popcorn and a seat. I did not have to wait a long time for my car to get serviced..

  Very satisfying visit I had at Fiesta Nissan! Christian was ready to greet and and meet us the moment we drove in and parked! Hector worked his magic and his offer was an opportunity I couldn't let slide! He got me a new 2018 Nissan Kicks! Christian took care of us to all the way to the very moment we left the dealership. Marco in the finance department was very friendly and helpful with all the info and paperwork. Big humongous shoutout to ALL three of them! Definitely recommended this dealership and the gentlemen to friends and family!

  Great experience here at this dealer. If you need to get a new vehicle but dont have the best credit and all the other dealers have said no hit up Alex Navarro Jr. Not only did he answer all our questions but went the extra mile to get us the into the SUV we really wanted. I will highly recommend Alex Navarro to assist anyone in getting into a new vehicle, this guy will do what no one else does!!

  Unfortunately my experience wasn't a very good one . Even though I did purchase the vehicle , I think I would've been better of purchasing elsewhere. Once the sell was made all contact has discontinued. Promises made prior to sell have been forgotten/ ignored & when I bring it up no one seems to know anything about it. Prior to visiting the finance dept I specifically told them to go with any bank But Mine . They did the exact opposite, the went directly to my bank. When they appraised my vehicle they took it brought it back but didn't give me my keys & when I asked for them No one knew who had them . They set up a Nissan account & never gave me account info. They took my DL & had to ask several people for it before I got it back . I was promised a gas card for a 2nd fill up that never happened. I was promised a discounted fee on tint for front windows , That didn't happen. Business card I was given , when I dial the # on the card another business answers & I am told by that business. that a lot of people call there asking for Fiesta Nissan . It happens so often that they give me Fiesta Nissans true phone # . Johnathon E. Garza was the manager that phoned me constantly prior to my purchase , once my purchase was made I never saw him Again I arrived at 12:30pm left after 6pm & No Thank You /Congratulations nor did they offer to take our pic with our new purchase , we asked for a pic . Now that I think about it when friends & family ask me of my purchase I'll deter them from visiting Fiesta Nissan since it's a good drive from our home town think I'll post my experience on social media for others to know prior to visiting..
