  I have had the pleasure of closing many transactions with Lisa Perta. Purchasing a home today is a great decision as well as a big decision which needs to be well thought out and calculated. If financing is involved selecting an experienced and proactive lender is a vital component, it seems more important than ever today to be able to reach your lender readily and have your calls and emails returned quickly even outside of "normal business hours" of which Lisa Perta sets a great example ,since many buyers work schedules are crazy today..Something also not to be overlooked is having a competent pool of appraisers who are familiar with our local market and home types this goes a long way to prevent stress before it even begins.. For these reasons and many others I would absolutly recommend Lisa Perta and Benchmark for your financing!

  Overpromised and underdelivered. Throughout the process of refinancing, they lacked in proper communication throughout the process and all along I was told I wouldn't have to bring any money down to closing. That's stated in the paperwork I signed with them. Just 5 days prior to closing, I get a call saying I need to bring $1,000 to closing. Overpromised and underdelivered.
