  If you're looking for a home mortgage or refinance, Eric and team at Benchmark should be your first phone call. He helped me improve my credit, establish some smart credit practices, and secured a terrific mortgage for us--and helped us take advantage of refinance opportunities a year later during the height of Covid closures. He even referred us to our great new CPA. Highly recommended.

  They are well informed and efficient. I love speaking and working with Danielle as she keeps you up to date with changes and never misses a beat. There’s were a lot of challenges with Covid that caused us to miss our initial closing date and the amount of work They had, which caused some frustration down the stretch, but again Danielle moved mountains to get us to closing and in our house happily.

  Eric, Lori and Nancy are a class act. They made the home buying process for my son a excellent experience. When we first met I asked what makes you different and they said our service. They weren't kidding. They answered our questions in terms we understood and Lori and Nancy responded to my emails faster than my kids answer my texts. They said don't be afraid to ask a question whenever it popped up even in the middle of the night. I will recommend them to anyone I know buying a home. Thanks, its nice to deal with people who always smile and even laugh once in a while. They onow their stuff.
